Program Description Mentor scheme being set up for first year female students (1995). First years will be divided into groups of approx. 5 students, with a later year student acting as a mentor for each group. Staff and postgraduate students will give support as needed.

General Comments The dropout rate of female students between first and second year is currently extremely high. We are hoping that this program will bring an improvement.
